TRUFFALO CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS



INGREDIENTS


TRUFFALO SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1.5 tbsp. white vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 bottle truff signature black truffle hot sauce

CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

  • 12 chicken lollipops

  • 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat the oven/smoker/grill to 300 degrees. In a bowl combine cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper then add the chicken lollipops to the bowl and coat evenly. If putting in the oven put lollipops on a baking sheet ideally with a cooking rack to allow are flow underneath of the chicken then put in the oven. If putting on the smoker/grill you can add directly to the grates. Cook for about 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

While the chicken is cooking in a sauce pan over medium heat add butter, white vinegar, worcestershire sauce, truff hot sauce. Once well blended turn to low and stir periodically until the lollipops are done.


When the lollipop are done take out of the oven and coat well with the truffalo sauce and enjoy!
